Run a sale using an encrypted Google Pay token.

1. The customer authorizes the payment through Google Pay, and the client (web page or mobile app) obtains the customer's encrypted payment details from the Google Pay API and converts them to hexadecimal - there is no dedicated Payroc session or tokenization call for Google Pay. The web and in-app variants differ only in how the client acquires this token client-side; both feed the identical payment request in the next step.

2. Run and capture a sale funded by Google Pay. Sends paymentMethod.type `digitalWallet` with serviceProvider `google` and the hex-encoded encryptedData token. autoCapture defaults to `true` (a sale); send `false` only to run a pre-authorization and capture later. The same request serves both the web and in-app variants.
