List, retrieve, then delete a processing account's contact.

1. OPTIONAL — list the contacts associated with the processing account to discover the contactId. Supports before/after/limit cursor pagination. Skip if you already hold the contactId.

2. OPTIONAL — retrieve the full details of the contact by its contactId before deleting it.

3. Delete the contact from the processing account. Destructive and irreversible; run only when the contact should be removed. The API rejects this call if the contact is the last one on the processing account. Returns 204 No Content with no response body.
